What it costs to build your system

Choose a complexity and AI level to see an approximate price. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote. The exact amount depends on your specific requirements.

What kind of system you need

A full system with different access levels that exchanges data with the software you already use. This is usually where you land when the process also touches clients, not just staff.

The warehouse is now connected outward: the client orders through a portal, stock is reserved immediately, the order flows into the accounting software, and the client tracks the status without calling.

What's included in the monthly subscription

    The environment the system runs on: servers, database, certificates and domain. You don’t pay a hosting provider separately.

  • Backups and recovery

    Regular backups with verification that they can be restored, and a plan to get back to work after a crash.

  • Updates and security

    Patches to the platform and libraries, vulnerability monitoring, certificate renewal.

  • Monitoring

    Watching availability and load, with alerts on problems. We react before you call.

  • Support and small changes

    Fixing problems and small tweaks to existing functionality, included in the monthly fee.

  • AI costs

    When there's an AI component, the model-provider fees are included up to the agreed volume.

  3. Building in stages

    We work in short cycles and show a working version early. Better to correct course in week three than in month three.

  4. Launch and training

    We launch the system in a real environment, migrate the data and train your team. We leave documentation, not verbal explanations.

  5. Support and growth

    After launch the system stays in our care: hosting, backups, updates and monitoring. We develop it based on how you actually use it.
